About me - Johanna Liana

I’m Johanna, I’m 27 and originally from Cologne. I’ve been living in wonderful New Zealand since 2019. A healthy and balanced diet along with sport has always been a part of my daily routine. I’ve shared my passion for these topics on Instagram for several years and I enjoy using my platform to inspire and motivate others to lead a healthy lifestyle.

In 2019 I completed my dual-honours degree in sports science and turned my hobby into my job! During my school years, I noticed that during puberty many changed their eating habits. On the one hand, several people started dieting and tried compulsively eating less, even starving themselves in some cases. Let me say, eating less or starving yourself often has the opposite effect than you’re hoping for. Stop with the crash diets, and instead nourish yourself correctly. But what is ‘correctly’?

I was asking myself exactly this about 10 years ago. I am so pleased that I have the chance to show you through Eat ‘n’ Fit! The body needs all the important nutrients in order to function properly. Are you wondering exactly how the plans work?
